Terms & Conditions

Quantumply is a digital business product consisting of digital files, instructions, frameworks, operating materials, and related resources designed for use with compatible AI software and tools. Purchase provides access to the materials included with the purchased version of the Product.

Quantumply is intended for use alongside third-party platforms, software, and AI services that are independently operated. Those providers may change availability, functionality, pricing, policies, models, features, and compatibility at any time.

Quantumply and its owner are not responsible for third-party changes, interruptions, restrictions, errors, or discontinuation. Third-party subscriptions or accounts are not included with the Product unless expressly stated.

Purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for personal and internal business purposes. Customers may use outputs lawfully generated through their own implementation for their own business.

The following are prohibited:

• Unauthorized resale or redistribution of the Product.
• Sharing purchased files with individuals or organizations that have not purchased the Product.
• Public publication of the underlying materials.
• Reproduction of the materials for resale.
• Sublicensing or repackaging of the Product.
• Creating a competing product substantially derived from proprietary Quantumply materials.
• Circumventing access controls or delivery restrictions.

The customer is responsible for the information, data, and files they supply, and for reviewing outputs before consequential implementation — particularly anything affecting customers, employees, finances, contracts, legal or regulatory matters, and safety.

AI systems can produce inaccurate or incomplete information. Appropriate human judgment remains necessary at all times.

Quantumply is designed to increase the leverage available from information, AI, business context, frameworks, and structured execution. Individual results depend on factors outside the control of Quantumply and its owner.

No guarantee is made regarding revenue, profit, sales, leads, customers, productivity gains, cost reductions, time savings, business growth, or any particular financial or operational outcome. Examples, demonstrations, projections, and scenarios are illustrative unless expressly stated otherwise.

The Product is not a substitute for legal, tax, accounting, financial, medical, regulatory, or other licensed professional advice.

The Product is delivered digitally through the applicable purchase and delivery platform. The customer is responsible for maintaining their own purchase and download access.

Refunds are subject to the separate Refund Policy. The customer acknowledges that immediate digital access may be provided upon purchase.

Original materials, documentation, frameworks, structure, branding, written content, and proprietary components remain protected. Purchase grants a license to use the Product, not ownership of it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quantumply and its owner are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. Maximum aggregate liability related to the Product shall not exceed the amount paid for the Product giving rise to the claim, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The effective date above identifies the current version.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
