Refund Policy
Digital Access
Because access is provided immediately, all sales are final and Quantumply does not ordinarily offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once access has been provided. Customers should review the product description, requirements, and available information before purchasing.
Exceptions
Nothing in this policy limits a refund, cancellation, or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
Purchases made through Gumroad are also subject to Gumroad's applicable terms, payment processing procedures, dispute procedures, and exercise of discretion.
Technical or Access Problems
If you experience a legitimate problem accessing the Product, contact michael@quantumplyai.com so reasonable efforts can be made to restore or provide access. Access problems do not automatically create refund eligibility where the materials can otherwise be provided.
Results
Dissatisfaction with business results, revenue, sales, productivity, implementation outcomes, or other results does not by itself create refund eligibility. No particular business or financial outcomes are guaranteed.
Before Purchasing
By purchasing, the customer acknowledges that:
- Quantumply is a digital product.
- Immediate access may be provided upon purchase.
- They have reviewed the product description.
- They understand the applicable requirements for using the Product.
- They understand that sales are ordinarily final once digital access has been provided, except where otherwise required by law or applicable platform requirements.
